People always say something to the effect of “If you follow your passion you will never have to work another day in your life”. 

I always liked the idea of that quote but I could never really relate- though I guess it definitely helps if you know what exactly you're passionate about!

 Then, with a little bit of kismet, along came across Complete Carers Co, and suddenly, things fell into place, everything made sense.

As if I had found the lost pieces to the jigsaw.. 

It took less time than a moment working as a support worker for me to realise that my passion was helping people, and Complete Carers Co. would be the vehicle to make this passion and lifestyle now a career. 

There is nothing better than seeing someone who is putting in the work to become the best version of themselves. Watching your client stay focused and driven to achieve their goals and live their best life - it is infectious, and inspiring.
